Over the years, working with my VCilitate marketing service,
I built a number of applications designed to perform specific tasks with greater functionality, performance, and convenience.
Many of these applications are now "bundled" with my non-profit websites. If you're considering my services, you should appreciate these as "features" that add
tremendous value to your new website. If you have any comments or questions, please drop me a note!
Template-Based Design.
If you would take a moment to look two of my websites, www.eccocharleston.org and www.stpeterinchainscathedral.org, you might conclude
that they are entirely different. But actually, from a coding point of view, they are virtually identical. That's because each is based on a
basic template which serves only
as a placeholder for text, pictures, formatting, and layout. The actual content that displays is determined by what's been recorded in the database.
Using templates makes the entire design process go much faster. That's because I don't have to re-write all that cold fusion code! Of course, these templates can be modified
to do different things, depending on the needs of the client.
Password-Protected Administrative Console.
Remember, all of my websites are substantially "dynamic". That means that virtually all content for the
CLIENT SIDE is controlled on the
ADMIN SIDE.
Contact Relations Management (CRM).
Email marketing is one of the most powerful and economical marketing tools available to small organizations.
No matter how you define success for your NPO, you can achieve outstanding results with email marketing while investing only a small amount of time and an even
smaller amount of money. Emulating the best available programs, my built-in email application
lets you create, organize, execute, and monitor all your email campaigns.
Member Forum/Message Board.
Member forums and message boards can be a great way to encourage communication and generate new ideas. My
member forum was especially designed to be easy to use.
Surveys and Questionaires.
An online survey can help you find out how well you're running your organization. It can also help you get
feedback from your audience. For many years, I used surveys for my investment banking business to help me learn more about my customers and their particular needs.
Here are snap shots of one of my online questionnaires and survey results.
You can do the same with this very nifty, customizable application.
